I've been a customer at Luxe Den for over a year now.... I can't begin to tell you the level of satisfaction I receive when I schedule an appointment. They are extremely accommodating and very polite... My monthly services usually include Brazilian and leg waxing..... Thanks to Borna, I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. She's bright, polite, and a true professional.

Great highlites and cut

My hair needed to be re-highlited because the last person who did my hair highlites (at Jeffrey Stein) totally screwed it up. My hair needed to be died back to it's natural shade to get rid of the overhighliting and then re-highlited. The lady who cut my hair was Anna Marie, and she was very very accommodating and explained the procedure I needed to me in a very nice manner. She did a beautiful job-it looks very natural. She also cut my hair precisely how I wanted to and gave me a very good deep conditioning treatment. She told me that I am not leaving this salon unhappy and she would do everything to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would complain about is that I had to wait about 30 min. to get my eyebrows done. But, as for the hair services, I am very pleased and can't wait to go back. The gentleman at the front desk was also very respectful and helpful. I was not expecting to spend the extra money to have my hair re-dyed but I'm glad I did because it looks great now. I was hesitant to go there, but now I will go back again and again. I can't wait till my next hair cut.

I went here in need of a Brazilian wax before I had to go on a trip to Spain. I was very nervous but I walked in and was treated great and they answered all my questions since this was my first time. I did not have to wait at all I went straight to upstairs and the therapist was great at making me be at ease. I wasnt very comfortable but she talked to me throughout it all and made sure I was not in any pain and was interested in what I had to say and answered my questions about her as well. The price is $40 and it is incredible service for that amount I found it more expensive on either places. I was happy as well for the chocolate wax it was really good for my sensitive skin and smelled delicious. I was happy with the service as well as the receptionist who took great care of all my inquiries. Totally Recommended!!!

I needed a brazilian wax (BAD) it had been 2 months! I went to Luxe Den after a bit of research on places around my office. Not only was Borna fantastic, nice, professional, but the chocolate wax perfumed the room; and although brazilians are always painful, the wax worked really well with my thick, coarse hair(compared to hard wax, that you have to go over the same spot to get all the hair, the chocolate wax grabbed it all with one application); so it was quick. AND it was only $40!! My only gripe: you can't tip on credit card, so bring cash. The appointment took 20 minutes (in comparison to an hour w/hard wax); everyone was nice, and the price was RIGHT. I will go here again...next time a little sooner than 2 months!

I highly recommend Elena for any waxing needs. She is sweet and works really fast! They also use an usual yet amazing wax called Chocolate wax for sensitive areas. This is the best in the city and the prices are great!

I never had a professional massage in my life, and my best friend thought the time had come at last. She bought me a gift certificate to Luxe Den and we decided to have a girls day at the spa. Once I walked in the door, I was impressed by the décor and lighting of the facility, which was bright and inviting. I was nervous about my massage, but it turned out to be a wonderful experience. I will go back again in the future.

Pros: very friendly and highly professional staff

My feet have never felt better!

I am a pedicure lover, and after I recently changed jobs, I decided to be a little more economical about my finances. The salon and spa where I used to get my pedicure was now out of my price range, but my feet would suffer if my routine changed? Anyways, I heard about Luxe Den and checked out their website for pricing, and to my delight, they were affordable and trendy at the same time. I had no wait and the service was excellent. My feet are in great shape and I will continue to go back to them on a regular basis.

Pros: Clean, & good selection of polishes
Cons: none come to mind

What a wonderful experience!

My first visit to Luxe Den was impressive to say the least. Perhaps what impressed me most about my color and cut is that I did not have to spend half of my paycheck to get my hair done like a lot of the other salons in the city. Since I had no idea who to select for my stylist, when I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was extremely helpful in helping me select someone to suit my needs. I am not afraid to take chances with my hair, and my stylist took care of my hair and it came out beautiful when I was finished. They did a great job!

Being a natural blonde and living in Miami for a long time always made hair color an easy issue for me. When I moved to NY in September I decided to go brunette. I loved my hair color but after a while I missed my blonde locks. After spending too much money in NY on shopping and going out I wanted to spend less then $300 to have blonde hair again. I made an appointment at Bellaza and the service was amazing. Ann Marie was friendly and very conversational. They served me a glass of wine and used bumble and bumble products to keep my hair from drying out. I then decided to get a cut and it was perfection. I like a lot of layers and angles for body along with bangs and she cut my hair so much better that expected. The only problem is the next day my hair was a bit of a gray color and I wasnt really very happy about this. I called about the situation and they made me an appointment without any question. The customer service is amazing and they fixed this coloring issue the next day !

I booked a color correction consultation today at Luxe Den salon. After spending countless of hours researching the best salons in NYC and spending $3000 in the last year to get my color just right, this salon was my savior. I went inside without any expectations, after all, I just wanted a consultation and if all went well, I was prepared to make an appointment later this week. After being greeted and seated, my stylist Lynsey approached me and sat down next to me on the couch. She asked me what I thought was wrong with my color, and what I wanted/expected my hair to look like. She picked up a magazine and asked me to look through it, pointing to the color t
