Do you accept credit cards?
We gladly accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Unfortunately we cannot accept gratuities on credit cards.
What is you cancelation policy?
We require credit card number for multiple appointments, Spa packages or group parties. A minimum of 24 hour cancellation notice is required for single or double appointment, 48 hours for any Spa package reservations, multiple services(3 or more), or party of 3 or more people, and 1 week cancellation notice for group party of 6 or more guests. All late cancellation and no-shows will be charged a full service price.
Can I just "walk in" and get in for a service?
For certain services we can almost accommodate a walk in at most times, but it is not guaranteed. To make sure we will be available, booking an appointment is the only guarantee.
Why do prices vary with hair, coloring, waxing services?
It is difficult to have a flat fee, because everyone has different hair texture and length. The performer makes the decision on what the cost will be depending on the amount of time the services takes.
Why do you carry a limited line of hair products?
At Luxe Den Salon and Spa we only carry the crème de la crème of beauty products. So our clients know that purchasing products at Luxe Den, you are purchasing the highest quality.
Can I just come in and get a consultation?
Feel free to walk in and discuss your future services with us at any time free of charge.
Does Luxe Den offer private parties? Luxe Den offers spa parties for your special event with a full array of beauty services. Please consult with our spa coordinator for bridal showers, bachelorettes or birthday surprises.
